When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as bitters or syrups, are final sale for safety reasons.
My glassware arrived broken. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your items arrive damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt so we can send a replacement.
Are your cocktail tools dishwasher safe?
While some of our stainless steel tools are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing all barware—especially plated items like gold or copper—to preserve their finish and longevity.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
